The What

Align Health was founded by Jamie Coburn Van Horn to offer an alternative to traditional healthcare. Through her own life experiences - recovery from a severe motor vehicle accident, life/career changes, and the adoption of a neurodiverse child, Jamie was faced with navigating a path of challenges in achieving an optimal management of her desired life. Setting forth to align a group of professionals to serve her integrative health & wellness needs, Align Health - a collaborative mind body wellness approach to lifestyle management was founded.

The Who

As our name implies, Align Health is a collaborative group of mind body wellness professionals "giving support to" (align) our clients' efforts of achieving a "state of physical, mental and social well-being" (health). Alignment is achieved through our wholistic approach to a client's needs. Our professionals are elite among their respective integrative health and wellness specialty and offer best-in-class service to those wanting to invest in themselves.
